No self respect, no leave, even they are force you working on holiday and if you unavailable due to any of reason then your salary will be hold. Senior are doing harassment, here if you are good job here then you will not get the appreciate even seniors will blame you on your work. You unable to take a single leave here even if you have the health problems. The matter is if you are ready for do the labour work then they will pay you regularly. The official time is 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM but they will force to work for 08:30 AM - 09, 10, 11 PM regularly. If you denied for that then simple as before said your salary will be Hold. The HR policy is not available here. The managers are also using slangs in office. So overall it's not a good company for a long period. It's only little bit good for Just take the experience and fly 🕊️ away to a better place where you can utilise your knowledge for the organisational growth.

Office Timing (Minimum 12 Hours you need to spend in office). 7 Days working while they have Sunday off with Alternate Saturday off. Manager's behaviour because they are using slangs. No leave allowed while they have paid leave policy. No Work life balance. No Job Satisfaction. No respect while your performance also best. No integrity.

I have been with this company padt 6 years and found one of the best company in this sector. They have customer centric approach and always complying with strict norms of governance. Work life balance is better at lower level and gradually decreases with rise in position. Branch Manager profile is over burdened with lots of responsibility other than just sales

...re in this sector so thus this company employee r also touched with this factor. With New policies and recent change in management cost cutting is at its level high, HO support and sales support environment is missing. Company should work on satisfying ground level sales team.

Totally disappointed with this company because teammates don't help to new employee. Training session is happening irregular and job security is 0% in this group. Most of all politics in this company is higher. Work life balance is also disturb because there was not showing that it's Sunday or Monday.

...y interest in new joining employees. Environment is also not good for sales man. Salary is a plus point in this company that it's come in account on time.

Work culture is good. Salary before date. Company is very good and good work culture. Learned more about handling pressure, Customer dealing and lots of things.

Job security is zero. I left this job after 3 months not because I was unable or not doing well, in these 3 months as new employee I did good and similar to my colleagues but my boss behaviour was very bad that's why I left and the time of resignation my RM asked me not to left but I left because of my boss,I know its not looks like a good reason but after 1 months my same time।joinee also left because of boss. They do pressure for policies but they make mental pressure even if you did your Target,it was not company fault it was all with Boss(BM)

It was an opportunity given by the company and my manager through which i gained lot of experience in personal as well as profession. it was a great experience.

compared to salary package i feel like its less, apart from that i am an satisfied employee during my tenure.
