Very third class hospital. No work environment to work here. Senior's can't adjust new employee. They don't see new employee grown up.very bad politics play here. Old employee mind set like donkey work..

It was a great work experience to work in "Patient service department" in the Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital. Each & every time overall staff was always supported to me.My seniors was very encouraging.

Needs to improve Medicine services for employees,There is no travel policy for OPD, Salary is very less compare to other hospital...

Lot of various advanced operative procedures with new updated instruments and procedure steps in OT with well skilled staff and senior surgeons, great team work in OT management.

Extended duties hours, with low pay scale

...e management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria.company policies are good.appraisals are good and they give good salary like but bonus not applicable as per hospital policy.

There is a lot of policies with ABMH.there is no any issue about salary and salary is timely done of every months.career growth is high.and job training is given to new joiners.
