I had work 14 years with aditya birla memorial hospital and good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria.company policies are good.appraisals are good and they give good salary like but bonus not applicable as per hospital policy.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies with ABMH.there is no any issue about salary and salary is timely done of every months.career growth is high.and job training is given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quit interesting.i struggled in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

I got an new experience of the hospital accounting. As i am having aleady experience of aacounts n finance field before but here i get new exposure related to hospital accounting with other knowledge that are some how are not part of my KRA
