Salary is very low Nowadays they are taking project and civil associate as a 3rd party payroll/NAPS there salary is almost 10% to the reporting boss . Work pressure is more, no appreciation was there .

No value of experience, very average salary, promotion is very very difficult. Achievements and good work are encashed by superior, no benefit to the actual achievers. Etc etc.....

Corruption in IR department is very high. If any senior person is reading pl take action against Kaushal Kishore. Pl Note:My working duration is not correct.

I am working this company since 2006 & lots of challenges I face during this period & everybody support me.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. They are organized lots of training program to built up culture.Its a ISO based company .So they are following the SOP & standards in each & every step.It is India's first & world's fourth largest insulator manufacturing company. My colleagues are come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like company vision,mission & policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is not the up to mark,growth is slow.The work pressure is high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend user calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
