It is an employee centric organisation which provides good salary if you join from outside. Also different employee development initiatives are taken by them.

Dislikes

The work culture is bad and no one has the sense of ownership to the customer. Everyone just works for the sake of salary regardless what happens in their department. You will never have the work satisfaction here.

Firstly they have provided job assurance and also they are giving full salary without any deductions and also they are taking every possible measure if they are asking to come at office. Nice work environment and they also provide appraisals .

Provides good salary but I don't see my growth for creers in this organisation because they not allow us to inhance our experience or they not switch our job roles.

They prefer their old employees or know people and don't give any chance to new people

...e I left and got to know that the department what I worked for has been shifted. And talking about your work, everyday they would want me to extend my working hours without any extra pay which was really hitting my personal life. But then I was working in customer service department so I guess that is common every where especially with a fresher.

...xperience people's. working in Non management Sales profile more than 2.5 years. Overall experience is good after successful acchivement of your target you got promoted for next roll and salary will be increased by 15%.

Some Management decisions are not good for employee benefit. Like they deduct incentives for encourage you to do more business but its not correct way. Employee will encourage when they got more....
