It is an employee centric organisation which provides good salary if you join from outside. Also different employee development initiatives are taken by them.

Dislikes

The work culture is bad and no one has the sense of ownership to the customer. Everyone just works for the sake of salary regardless what happens in their department. You will never have the work satisfaction here.

Some Management decisions are not good for employee benefit. Like they deduct incentives for encourage you to do more business but its not correct way. Employee will encourage when they got more....

...ng a week. Reality is totally opposite. One needs to work 13-14 hours a day. 2. Low compensation as per work load. 3.Toxic work culture. Manager lacks basic ethics.

I believe that Aditya Birla amc company is a very top notch company and it takes great care of the salary or any kind of payment of its employers. I am satisfied with the culture of birla amc.

Trainers are behaving worse than sales manager usually sales manager don't give that much pressure they help us to achive but the trainer is like do or die achieve your target. Updated review after 3 months Now everyone is trying to force resign me because according to them I've done nothing. Meanwhile I'm giving my 100% doing business call recruitment call & everything. I've done more than 20 business & recruitment call with BM & advisor But BM not able to convert any one of those calls into business or recruitment. Branch manager himself not able to convert my 20+ calls even after that telling me to resign in January 2024. Toxic work culture No increment without fast track promotion Why I'm saying fast track because the 1yr LT promotion is sucks Increament is also sucks Overall whole sales management team is sucks from HOA to field level.
