Salary structure, and promotion oppertunity less from the others company, lots of office polictis , department head also not got promotion that is why our promotion is less

...o work with huge option to grow with in the organisation in different functions. Job security is high in the group but appraisal doesn't have huge changes in the compensation.

Work pressure is high and your availability is required every time even when you are in leave as well.

No learning opportunity Manager behaves rudely and have no knowledge about technical domain . You can be fired anytime. Job is unstable. Colleges are mostly non supportive and are not helpfull No KT for new joiner.
