...hey will make u Leave without pay if u are in Quarantine period and on leave. They even deduct Health Insurance premium from the salary of employee even if you don't want to avail their Health Insurance they will abruptly deduct it from your salary and will not respond to your mails then. Overall a terrible experience working with this company and will not recommend anyone to join this company not to my enemy.

...ent was support me time to time when I needed even company support in the covid 19 period the didn't hold salary any employee, company policy are good gives salary on time.

Salary was decent but career growth is slow for of roll employee we didn't receive bonus, appraisals.

Yes dislike due to company not provide Employees Mediclaim benifit. Mediclaim premium amount will deduct employee salary every month. This is the very bad thing and anather problem CTC wrongly provided by HR as Discussed with Hr one thing after getting salary CTC mismatch. Aditya Birla Capital is a big company but not Employe satisfaction company.

Policies are just kepts as document which are not followed or implemented. HR doesn't care about employees it's just follows the management.

...es are supportive and the management is transparent. Copland policies are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joiner.
