Very stresse full and such a very wrong way to grow your life because retail salary are so poor, The reason are different types of work every day mentally pressure, hard work daily, on floor, manager are used slang language to our staff critical situation for every retail staff. But they are very poor so compelled to work here continue.

No not at all I am not dislike the company but still this situation I think if I am a permanent staff of the company so this kind of situation are not coming like we are now discontinued by the company management

It's a good company to grow in field of retail and fashion. Salary and growth in here is too fast. You can achieve what you want if you work hard.

One thing which i dislike about Birla fashion and retail that there is no can facilities for employees.

Good organization in terms of work culture. Job security is there too. Micro management is less. Strong HR policy.

Salary is less when compared to industry. Stay long for promotion no matter how skilled you are.

Honestly I couldn't find less than one star, I was working as an BDM, am not getting word's to explain about the torture they give to meet the criteria, like a school teacher my branch manager used to ask me about the criteria, and sales is one thing where you have to work constantly then u can expect the results, but in this company, today if u meet the customer next day it self they expect the result, very bad company,

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.
