Aditya birla retail The company and process is excellent .I love the fact that I am a part of a team member.our products are market reliable ,high quality products .another point is that my colleague come from various cultural background.

The work personal life balance is VERY terrific, compensation is average ,growth is slow ,the work perssure is GOOD , sometimes I have to work 12 to 14 hours . ESPECIALLY SOME CLUSTER MANAGERS do not value an individual unique strengths,and do not value the HEALTH ,AND PERSONAL LIFE.. * DO NOT VALUE THE HEALTH CONSIUOUS. *DO NOT VALUE THE PERSONAL LIFE . * DO NOT VALUE THE HIGHER STUDIES.

Honestly I couldn't find less than one star, I was working as an BDM, am not getting word's to explain about the torture they give to meet the criteria, like a school teacher my branch manager used to ask me about the criteria, and sales is one thing where you have to work constantly then u can expect the results, but in this company, today if u meet the customer next day it self they expect the result, very bad company,

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.

Very good company but salary is to poor and increment also.My highest increment would have been and I know everything CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,STAFF HANDEING,SOP,SDM,BODFS,AG,VT, INWARD OUTWARD,PI ETC..The company did not make me a manager that's why I resigned other wise company is very good.. i have almost 12years experience in ABFRL

Very stresse full and such a very wrong way to grow your life because retail salary are so poor, The reason are different types of work every day mentally pressure, hard work daily, on floor, manager are used slang language to our staff critical situation for every retail staff. But they are very poor so compelled to work here continue.
