The worst place to work. No carrier growth. Too much of politics. Very very low paid (a daily wage worker would earn better). Too stressful.

The salary that they offer is too low, and the amount of stress that they put on us is immense. Most of the times, we had work even on the weekends.

Likes

The company focuses a lot on training the employees which is a good part and also has a good work life balance. Career growth is very good if you are into the FMCG business.

Compensation is decent. There are too many complex processes which need to simplified.

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them

Very good company but salary is to poor and increment also.My highest increment would have been and I know everything CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,STAFF HANDEING,SOP,SDM,BODFS,AG,VT, INWARD OUTWARD,PI ETC..The company did not make me a manager that's why I resigned other wise company is very good.. i have almost 12years experience in ABFRL
