And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR

...2th and above, they are permanent. They dont give benefits to apprentice at all. No incentives no bonus no gifts. It doesnt feel good to be an apprentince in the company, and its a personal experience.
