Lots of internal team and higher management politics, bad work culture, bad HR management( they fake during interview and hire ppl on board), poor and unorganised system, heavy work load, bad corporate environment, no promotion, Manger is Selfish, blame game between departments, lack of growth opportunities, no learning and development. no staff motivation. No WFH.

Dislikes

Inflexible work patterns can be a limiting factor when it comes to being optimally productive. Over the years of working in this field, I believe flexible work patterns helped in staying productive.

As a professional working for the last 25 years and of that last 6 years in ABET. I cant be more excited, motivated and grateful for the opportunities and growth I have experienced here. my hard work and dedication was recognized and I was given opportunities, challenges and support , that I havent experienced before. Starting from Head of one department to heading the company within 3 years of joining, has been nothing but a dream. It has been a culture of growth, learning and progress.

while its not a compulsion for all, i do struggle with work life balance and with ABET wanting to grow as fast as its growing, its a race to catch up.

There is nothing to be liked about. It’s not an organisation rather it’s just one person running business who decides what will happen. No training. No job security, you will be removed over night without notice

Office politics, no respect for psychologists, gas lighting, poor higher management, mental health well being of employees is not considered even if mpower minds is a mental health foundation.
