Job Security good, Work Culture also good. Company Policy and management not good.

Dislikes

No any Career growth, Salary is too low, you cant survive more than one year on my profile due to salary and benefits too low, no any conveyance in field sales job, only 15000-16000 in hand salary. Credit Manager too rude. No any leave allowed by reporting manager. Barakhamba, New Delhi Branch.

... your performance , if you do well then definitely your future is very bright. Salary will come before starting the new month.

Dislikes

I faced the major problem that if you want to sell a product then you have to become a Begger in front of them. Products should be need-based to the people.

The company policies are good and they give good salary too but the worst thing is. At this covid19 lockdown period they're giving so much of pressure for doing businesses as well as not regularize our attendance.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but they giving us lots of pressure for doing business. and didn't regularize attendance.

Still regretting why did I joined this organization, Saturday Sundays forced to work, no time for family. No co operation from branch manager.

Dislikes

The attitude of senior and taunting about ur salary that salary is more than you deserve, at only 3.5 lakh salary, least salary compared to other company.
