.... 2. Employee benefits are very very less. 3. Only PL(18 days), no EL, no SL. 4. Bonus amount they will mention as 12.5% but every year they will not give same. 5. While leaving organisation, bonus amount will be paid only Rs. 7000. 6. Increment will be based on bucketing. 7. Promotions will not be based on only bucketing. 8. No value for staffs. 9. No good washrooms. 10. Higher position people doesn't have knowledge and common sense. 11. HR is terrible. 12. CTC showing will be complete fake. Actual In-hand and will be very less. 13. No proper canteen and no good foods, only rice always and no side dish also. 14. Managers doesn't allow to grow of their reporting persons. 15. No KPI to anyone and quality has to do other departments KPI and follow ups .
