It is good for freshers who want to work hard in minimum salery, only for learning, experience & ready to work for minimum 14 hrs daily (Don't even think about salery increments)

Dislikes

Perk & increments given to their personal favourite (who involved in company politics), No value of talent & hardwork, rules are only one sided, hard to get experience letter & bonus, terrible work planning & management, person who resign threatened by multiple times & ways.(most important thing no ethics and humanity only false promises)

Skill improvement and self improvement. Good overall team support. Excellent teammates if your site is manesar.

Dislikes

Fresher's be prepared for working at least 14hrs everyday on site. Fresher's suffer comparatively. No proper training will be provided.
