I dont like anything about this company, The director Aditya chokroborty is a cheater and man of false promises , is a manipulative person, the company is neither employee freindly nor distributor freindly,They take money from the distributor with false commitments and supply goods with low quality, No damage settlement and no marketing support

No work culture and no job security, the company doesnt pay salary in time and expenses on field is not reimbursed as per the claim and they deduct it random depending your month performance, besides the whole management and the director aidtya chokroborty are real idiots to work with. there is random layoffs as per the whim and wishes of management. no settlement of distributors and they dont reply to mails and phones once they take money from the distributors for supplying of stocks

Adic Food Company is a very bad company and this company is a fraud.This company neither pays salary on time nor is the culture here good.There is no good senior in this company. All the unprofessional people are recruited and the MD of this company is a very useless and stupid person.Neither does he have the wisdom to speak nor is he a good person.It would have been better if he had opened a tea stall instead of opening this company.Working in this company was the biggest loss and mistake of my life.You listen to me then whoever is reading this message should not do any work in this company.
