I have worked in this company for two and half years. Because of High Management Decision the product development end up with a circle loop and wasting of time for the entire cycle since no understanding of proper domain and not willing to learn (Simply to explain night read and implement in the morning. Throw out if doesn't work ). If the high management is good to run the show, the product sustains to give a hit in Global level. High Management also don't want to listen good people's choice and end up with leaving the company. High management should understand to scale up the product. Heights of uncertainty. High level management is personally good. when it comes to the official everything changes.
