I find very friendly and positive environment in AGS. Every thing is well managed and I feel proud to be working under the guidance of Principal ma'am and feel happy to be a part of Adharsheela family.

No organisation is eathier very good nor terrible. Ups n downs are always there in every job, it's only you, how you handle it. When I joined it, school atmosphere was very good, friendly n happy but later with the next principal, it became ruthless. Now there is another new principal, is good.

Management only has a faith in principal so they don't investigate properly, results, they loose good n sincere workers
