Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This Company is cheap in salary transaction and reimbursements. There is no salary and position growth. They only take the work as labour working from employees and do irritate. They haven't employees. Only owner and 1 person is working in this company. Working environment is too bed. Also not having any accountant to maintain salary or other records. Rest the company is very bad for job or other events or campaign.

The company is extremely unprofessional. The owner uses abusive language. No career growth. Not recommended

Dislikes

The company is a very bad paymaster. Even after 6 months after leaving, no fnf has been released
