A favouritism culture driven culture. Poor management of talent. The worst HR team ever seem, very unprofessional. They dont know either the policy or industry standards, policies are made out of wims and fancies of the HR leaders.

Likes

You get to learn lot of new things from financial and technical domain. Quarterly events, Fresh fruit once in a week.

Dislikes

Note: This is about my personal experience and may not be applicable to the entire organisation. 1. Terrible manager, micromanage everything. When you do mistake, he will take a screenshot of it, will ask you to explain about the mistake in WebEx and start recording it. 2. Used abusive language. 3. Too much politics. 4. He used different tactics and forced me to resign.

The company is not a good place to work.

Dislikes

The sales management do not respect or value staff, they treat people as a number. They are ruthless and cu throat, i would not advise working here. The CEO is only interested in selling on the company as its VC based. Staff are not valued at all. If you are considering working here especially in the sales team that would be a big mistake for your career.

I am working with Calypso Technology, Mumbai office since last 11 years and still loved the company. Company have good clients and projects, they value the employee and give great opportunity. Company management is very good.

there is not much to complaint about but few departments in India have some issue.
