I'm working as a contractor for Accenture. I was selected for good package, but u have nt receive a appraisals after a year in Adecco. If in case we got selected in the service company then only it will use for us, otherwise we will get same salary for lifetime. Adecco service were awesome they will reach us within 24hrs from the raised query.

Appraisals are not here for contractor employees.

Adecco is the good company and employee are getting salary with incentive on time.

adecco group is the good company but salary appraisal not up to the mark by company is given then after deduction getting less salary which I felt that is need to improve why means as an I'm very experienced and senior so I supposed to get salary otherwise its mean for me even I'm giving my best as company target achievement each and everything.

... do not value or respect people, and they are only interested in making money. When I first started working with Adecco, I was promised a good job with a good salary. However, after I started working, I quickly realized that this was not the case. I was placed in a job that was not what I was qualified for, and I was paid much less than I was promised. I am not the only one who has had this experience with Adecco. I have read many reviews online from other employees who have had similar experiences. These reviews paint a picture of a company that is more interested in making money than in helping its employees. I am writing this review in the hope that it will help others who are considering working with Adecco. I urge you to reconsider. There are many other staffing agencies out there that will treat you with respect and value your hard work. Do not waste your time with Adecco. No proper response regarding any issues, salary, fnf, even they didn't provide me FNF and experience letter almost 60 days has been completed from the time of resignation. They didn't call me regarding want to know why you resign or reason behind for resignation nothing
