Almost everything. Nothing to like here Use and Throw policy. They credit the salary one week late. Don't have a common portal to check our leaves. Don't trust them and don't join, if you care about your career.

Cultured less they don't know proper manner of communication with employees & we can't trust these consultancy easy they say something they make something else in name of tax they lot more from employee no proper management of payslips & data in Portal

They've some good clients and compensation they offer is good (no variables, all fixed). I have worked for a Product based company based in Chennai.

...mited, to get things done we need to drop multiple mails and make lots of calls. Benefits : Apart from the salary and health insurance they won't provide any other benefits. There was no support during pandemic to setup the work desk, monitor, chairs etc. Health Insurance: Getting insurance claim was challenging, as they've outsourced it to third party. And cashless hospitals list is limited. Career Growth: Hike is very limited, and totally depends on client Learning: I never found any technical seminars conducted by Adecco during my contract. Work-Life Balance: They won't interfere much, just ask to get timesheets approved on time. Work environment: I was a contract employee and deployed at client location.

The only thing good they did for me is I was deployed in Philips India Limited.

There is no job security, they don't care about what is happening in your current company, very poor salary credit process & last thing please be careful about your PF. After leaving this company they won't receive your call & they won't even response for your mail.You won't get your complete PF amount from this company even if you apply for transfer. Please don't go with company.

It is a IT staffing company. Try to provide salary on time.

Dislikes

They take will ur providend fund and you can't check you pf balance until you leave the company. There is no clarity why they doing so. It should not happen.
