New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

I'm working as a contractor for Accenture. I was selected for good package, but u have nt receive a appraisals after a year in Adecco. If in case we got selected in the service company then only it will use for us, otherwise we will get same salary for lifetime. Adecco service were awesome they will reach us within 24hrs from the raised query.

I haven't experienced good working with ADECCO India Pvt Ltd as their HR and payroll staff are not responding to employee query for personally individual level on stipulated time and create chaos in payment of monthly salary by Wrongly deducting amount of absence as per their process and take long time even employees several reminders on call and mail. No good job experience even to enhance career ability in future but still waiting for good life ahead and hope for better company offer.

adecco group is the good company but salary appraisal not up to the mark by company is given then after deduction getting less salary which I felt that is need to improve why means as an I'm very experienced and senior so I supposed to get salary otherwise its mean for me even I'm giving my best as company target achievement each and everything.
