... do not value or respect people, and they are only interested in making money. When I first started working with Adecco, I was promised a good job with a good salary. However, after I started working, I quickly realized that this was not the case. I was placed in a job that was not what I was qualified for, and I was paid much less than I was promised. I am not the only one who has had this experience with Adecco. I have read many reviews online from other employees who have had similar experiences. These reviews paint a picture of a company that is more interested in making money than in helping its employees. I am writing this review in the hope that it will help others who are considering working with Adecco. I urge you to reconsider. There are many other staffing agencies out there that will treat you with respect and value your hard work. Do not waste your time with Adecco. Cultured less they don't know proper manner of communication with employees & we can't trust these consultancy easy they say something they make something else in name of tax they lot more from employee no proper management of payslips & data in Portal

i didnt receive my pending salary of about 11 days no particular working timing(i need to work for 14 Hours) ,no week off, no leaves no response from HRs no body will take care about employee

Holidays are good and salary they pay on time.

Worst work culture. Managers harass employees so such extent cant even express. worst managerial culture. HR works as management puppet. They cant have any individual role for the betterment of the environment. They always bound to follow the management instruction.

Not much toxic to work. Everyone are friendly at office.

Dislikes

Could provide better salary and benefits. Could implement the concept of incentives for OT. Not hybrid and no much employee benefits for example Travel expenses.
