There is no value for Aftersales department, there is no benifit expect salary, there is so many benifit for other departments but not in service department.
No any insentive, expect salary we won't get any benefit in Aftersales department,

No systems and processes, employees who try to bring processes are thrown out in the name of not being efficient. No job security. There is no mental peace, anyone can call you anytime 24/7, everything is urgent.
Actually no leaves in the name of the no leave policy.
Nothing to like. Worst Hierarchy, Worst Hr, No accomodation, No food, No training at site for after sales. Their customer at site will treat you like a 3rd party casual worker. Joining Addverb is my life's worst decision.
Worst Company and worst management. HRs will hire from a very good company by giving high salary but after joining they will treat you like a dog. If u point any valid point then you will be forced to resign or terminate without reason. Requesting all to please dont join otherwise you will suffer alot.
