Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

dont liked anything in this company bad management bad ceo jeet patel salary they don't provide free work they take by yelling all the time

what is liked first say nothing to like the yelling and threating all the time by ceo jeet patel and no salary hr change evey year im currently working there they are not providing notice period payment after getting from their clients too the ceo and founder is very aggressive he use to threat and yell all the time

They will provide you good salary more than you actually expected.

Dislikes

There is no Job security at all. They will gonna ask you at any time to put down your papers and leave the company if client revokes the position from project. They dp not have any bench system available at their firm.

this is the worst company, they don't give salaries properly and they micro examine the employees by keeping an app called hubstaff which takes three screenshots of your laptop screen in every 10mins and Managers don't have minimum knowledge and skills here. They don't provide laptops even, you have to work from your personal laptop
