There's no job security here. Even if they didn't have enough projects in the hands, they hired many interns promising them to give a full time offer but before completing intership they give excuses like projects and business is down and terminate full time offer. Hired 11 interns and gave 2 full time offers, is this a ratio? The Irony is a data analytics company can't analyse their own hiring projections, bunch of jokers. They don't even give you clear explanation about why they are not continuing the offer. No learning no projects no growth.
