addax has really help me to be versatile in oil and gas sector ,it makes you to be the boss of your own ,you train your self, though the salary is poor cos someone there cutting the money .the environment is friendly no much of community cises.job security zero u only go home with only 1 month salary after the end of your contract

Dislikes

one thing i deslike there is too much segregation between the staffs and we contract staff cos our salary is small so they look down on us and even try to hide knowledge

Likes

salary and packages is good but on jobsite travel security in work is questionable because of working conditions and community/workers strike sometimes occured but company is very stable and expats are taken care for good accommodations and nice rotations

Dislikes

compensation is good but basic salary bracket remains dormant for 3 years and appraisals is seldom applied until you decide to resign and that is the time they will make you a good offer of increment
