Work culture was good before 2023 started.

Dislikes

...really sucks. There’s literally no job security over here not even for a week. They can come and fire you at any moment in the name of “cost cutting”, for no reason. Politics too high, they’ve literally planned and plotted stuff so that people risign on their own and they dont have to fire them to be the good guy.

Dislikes

Well overall higher management decision manning is really not that great. Many employees are just sitting from 10-7 and there work is acknowledged but the people who actually work are never motivated or acknowledged.

Nothing. It's a terrible place to work at. full of losers.

Everything. No work life balance, Random policy changes, they lie to hire. 25% salary is never credited as their policies change. No respect for any employee. Vain, ignorant top management.

Over all company was good. In CRM department members though it's there father's company.lods of poltics.no job security you will be put in PIP after 2/3 months of joining. I will not recommend this to any one .. mangers from operations team were biased. You will never get your performance bouns as you would not be able to clear there so called process knowledge test ..

Adda52 company work culture is excellent. company policies are employee friendly. There are lots to opportunity to grow with company. company provide paid training for career development and new learning if someone wants.
