Salary on-time Some freedom, but that can cost you time later

If you're willing to work in this company or about to join, this is a warning for you if you actually want to do something in your life. There is no work-life balance, and if you're men and not a senior level guy, then you're f****d. You will not even have time enough to do your chores, that too is to be planned for a weak schedule. And if you have ambitions and have some another passion or want to do something after working hours, then my friend keep that dream box fastened. But I appreciate that they give time to sleep, other than that you're not one only their employee.

No professionalism, no work ethics at all. They cut our salary, didn't give us the increment, we were not even paid our incentives for about 10 months. They asked us to work for the benefit of the company in these tough times, we did, but in return, they mass fired us citing 'business restructuring' as their reason. They made us work extra for various projects and when they got what they wanted, they simply laid us off.

Dislikes

No job security, no humanity. Despite generating 5x revenue during the pandemic (all because of our hard work) they mass fired those who were working with full honesty and trusting that the company will stand with them shoulder to shoulder in such a tough situation. If the company had not generated the revenue, this lay off would have been understood. But this was not the case. Also, they don't provide any facility to their employees. No free transport, no childcare, no wfh (except during this pandemic), no team outings, nothing.

It's great place for learning for freshers, but that's where the benefits end.

Dislikes

No appreciation and recognition for hard work, no proper salary increments, no one follows the hierarchy while hiring, if you know someone in management position you can get any job you want.

Nothing is here to like just salary on time

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. The mid level managers harass the employees on regular intervals. They expect an executive to play the role of Managers in low salary and getting promotions themselves. Forget about promotion they don’t even appreciate you, if the numbers are going down the blame the executives for it and takes all the credit for the good work. Anil Nagar and Saurabh Bansal should seriously look upon the mid level managers.

...ey just want revenue nothing else, no employee friendly policy nothing is there. Salary is also very low as compared to other companies. please don't join this company you will regret.
