Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I really enjoyed to work at ADC OFFICE. But i lost this job after few months of my joining. Due to this i am facing a lot of difficulties. Actually i was working at ADC OFFICE when i get engaged. But as i get married i lost this job due to this my in- laws started torturing me and i also victim of domestic violence .after 1 year of torture , one day they put me out of their home. Now i am living with my parents from 5 months. I have met with Honourable ADC sir 2 times. But i didn't get any job .I am suffering from a lot of difficulties , please help your employee in her difficult time. It is my married life concern please help me sir.
