Zero work life balance for(exception for few department). You are expected to do work of more than 5 department with a salary of one, specially as a meta media buyer.

...been promoted which itself is a motivation for me. There is zero gossip culture. On time salary and above all the top management is just a call away from any help. Lastly there is no war of ego among the employees. Working here can actually turn a fresher into a confident expert. All the best!

Great company to work with and you will get a lot of learning opportunities here. Team leads are very friendly and helpful to the team members. Colleagues from other departments are also good and friendly. This company has the best work culture and talking about work life and personal life is quite good.

Dislikes

Sometime work pressure is too high. No PF/ESI/ Medical or any other benefits. No bonus. Less optional holidays, it could be increased. No extra pay for working after office hours, though it was written in the offer letter. No transparency on salalry increment.

The management of the company is too good. All the team members are very friendly and helpful as well. The job security overall is very good to be relied upon. There are many opportunities to portray the talent as the company deals with many good brands as well as abroad brands.

Work-Life was a bit hectic as the entire work procedure was done from home. Salary is not too much high as expected but it is ok according to the position of work

People are helpful because you will be drowned with work pressure. Without help you won't survive, everybody knows that. They will expect you to learn everything on your own. Adbuffs claims to be free from micromanagement but that's not true. Many will poke there nose in your work while your manager won't care what you do, neither he will have any idea what's happening with accounts, you will be left alone. At EOD you will burn out yourself from overworking and you have to work 24x7, even on weekends which they glorify. Do not trust the ratings here, everything is a facade. If you want a good work life balance do not join this startup. This place is filled with useless rules, do not join here unless you don't wanna be a slave to these people.
