Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The school is always open for young and talented teachers. It gives the best to students. Our higher authorities are very good with staff.. My colleagues are also very friendly... We are very polite to our students and they are very obedient.. I learnt many things here mainly work and life balance.. I started my career here and really had a great experience..

Dislikes

Everything is fine here but growth is very slow.. The work pressure is also high.. Sometimes I have to manage other classes which are not related to me..The reason to leave this school is to I want to improve myself and get developed through my talent..
