Aadarsh is like next family for all their employees. Company provides healthy atmosphere for all around growth of their employees. All are encouraged to learn new skills whenever it's possible from their usual work schedule. Mr. Manish Rajoria as head of the family takes care of all members as his own and provide excellent growth for all. Though because of industry constraints remunerations are slightly on a lesser side but job satisfaction and security is very high to compensate this. Very fortunate to work in AADARSH PVT. LTD

Though top owners are really good the middle management seems slightly disconnected with the general employees and slightly insensitive to their demands.
