Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The worst school I had experienced the main and worst issue is salary issue they had yet not given our February salary and march than how can we expect April month salary.They think teacher are there servant if they are paying us they can do anything.Terrible management no management atall they are just making fool to parents and no job security at all given if they want they can immediately tell quite the job without any reason
