They provide very low salary with long working hours. Teachers are not supposed to talk to each other. Teachers are not given any free periods due to shortage of teachers. The only focus is on the discipline not on over all growth of the children. Teachers are given lot of administration work as there is no admin staff. It was a torture working there

Food is good for the employees.

There is no work life balance. GM used to interfere in every departments . Whatever he talks or discusses that's the final thing. Higher management used to dominate women employees and they keep some key people who does nothing but a good informer and they give promotions and increments to them. They will threaten you if your department does mistakes but not to their favourite people. if you come 5mins late once in a blue moon they will question you but who comes 30mins/ 45mins late they don't tell anything because they are favourites to them. Have to ask GM before you go home.

Company needs to be improve they are working like old generation company there is no systamatic work management are old people old thinking, firstly management needs to be change ,no planning nothing just like government company

It's a growing company and i like working culture, they are giving good quality for there clients

Dislikes

In the organisation 70% people are old employees more than 10 to 15 years for new commerce it's more difficult to settle

Work Culture is Enthusiastic. Group Policy Is Subjective on the basis of Information , Management is having Rural Base Impact. Good for General Aspects and Multy Activity Grooms Self Scope and Employee Involvement. There is A Great Scope for Improvement Provided Advanced Management Practices and Continuous Learning is Made Available To People.
