The salary hike is very good. I have been part of this company since it was 30 employees and I have seen a really good income and technical growth.

Dislikes

Many but can be avoided as it was a growing company that started from zero.

- Office location (very far from Thane station) even though company offers drop till Thane station every evening, it's very difficult to get through the traffic.

Adapty used to be best 1st company for any individual.Only thing is you should project yourself as individual cotributer.Management makes an image of a resource and keeps it in their mind till last day when employee leaves

Like every herd has black sheep,Adapty also has some.Management turns blind eye towards select employees even if they are purposely hurting other resources sentiments.

As a fresher, when I got in here I felt fortunate to be a part of this company. The management is decent. My teammates were also supportive, helping. The company also provides different trainings like soft skills, personality development, also sponsors and encourages to give certification in the profiles that you are in. The company also conducted sports outing, picnics which strengthens the bond of employees, increases sportsmanship spirits, competitive spirit, unity, etc. Job security is pretty good. If you perform well you dont have to take any tension. Appraisals are comparatively good from other companys in the market. (Good for entry level employees or person with high experience) It also celebrates fun fridays with various game activities and some snacks.Politics is part of every company but here it is minimal. Weekends are usually off. Since it is service based company, your work life balance will be dependent on which project did you get opportunity to work with. Overall in my opinion, best company specially for freshers as it gives full scope to grow and enhance your skills.

Some of the team members obviously like to take credits. So beware of them. Management is sometimes biased with their so called old and loyal employees. Appraisal cycle for mid level experienced employees should be improved. Work life balance of the employees should be taken care of instead of just only satisfying the clients expectations. The work pressure sometimes go very high.
