My Bestest experience is in Adaps.I really have a good career growth and support from the offshore team

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.The work pressure is moderate.Manger doesn't value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation from my Clients.

Nothing at all, one of the worst companies I ever worked with. Such a terrible work life culture working on old technologies and no benefits whatsoever

Small company. Less than 100 employees globally. It's not a 60 year old company it's just 7 years old company. Don't fall for words.

Dislikes

Worst HR manager ever. Manager being a women comments and makes fun of other female employees. She speaks very rudely and bluntly. She can even remove you if you don't laugh when she jokes. Please do not join until she's here.
