I don't like this that company hire plc operators on contract base .it's not good because there is more responsibility for plc operators. So i want change my job .

Nothing is good only cheap people are there, salary is cut without any reason. Overall I recommend please stay from cheaters HR

Managers prefer experience over talent too much that it becomes difficult to get growth in Industry and salary is also low as per market.

...ses. HR is weak. No training for new joiners / unstructured induction process. Salary is good but growth is slow. Politics and ego clashes in top management. Poor appraisal process. 0 focus on employee motivation.
