Managers prefer experience over talent too much that it becomes difficult to get growth in Industry and salary is also low as per market.

This is basically edible oil refinery. Staffs and working environment are good. There are several trainings on diferent topics for all employees for their growth. Career growth is stable. But increment and basics are little lower.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Manager do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
