...the failure on Juniors. 8. Skill development programs are not job oriented. 9. Huge difference between CTC and Take Home salary. ( Diwali bonus is deducted from employees CTC and later given as bonus) 10. Illogical policies. (Incentive payout takes 2/3 month and if you resign in between you won't be getting your incentive for a closed period) 11. No corporate ethics. Managers consider management trainees as labour and often threaten them to throw them out of the company. 12. Too much manual working whereas all kind of automation available. managers are rigid with their thought process and they excel data exactly column-wise they want (which may change very next day) 13. Departments don't want to take ownership of the things they are designated. Most of the marketing team is hired by references only.

You are going to get deep knowledge about the products and also how important is to do the task in time and you have to be very punctual.And I feel working in Adani Wilmar is very helpful in your career growth interms of work experience.

Dislikes

Compensation is below average and but if You have patience you can grow here.Work pressure is too high and even there is no work life balance.You are not going to get any support from your seniors,very poor distribution model,too much politics.They give on job training but its of no use,everything you are going to know here on your practical experience. Language used by seniors is very abusing.

Brand name is good. Product was good. All Tranning provided by company also visited All Product Factory and Mundra Port.

Compensation is on lower side. Clear vision and focus feels lacking for mid term and more short term goal orientated culture. Not enough done on employee satisfaction or engagement
