Compensation & benefits are good & dot on time.

Dislikes

Leaders are fickle in their approach.Leaders have their favourites & the favourites are promoted overlooking the real hard workers.The obviously known favourites are handed over well set jobs/units that have been established by real dedicated hard working professionals & these professionals are then moved on to harder assignments.Sycophants rule here.Induction programs are not in place for new entrants.They are left to themselves.
