No proper working IT platforms, lot of politics by emoloyees at the top level. No demand management in sales. Worst distributor relationships from company side in GT.

No jobs stability unethical work pressure No chance to grow ur carrier. All things depend on commodity market but upper management say unethical answer No work life balance(if market are up Sunday also billing done)

1. Company pays on Time 2. It's a traditional company but still on a high growth path so it's including new systems and processes so there's great potential for improvement and fresh blood 3. They pay lateral hires well 4. There's some flexibility in work timings. It's not sacrosanct and they don't penalize you 5. Company will be behind you both morally and financially in case of mishaps like death/accident 6. If you are from Gujarat, particularly Ahmedabad this is a good company to retire and settle down as there's no bigger company than this one. 7. Company shares its annual profit to employees every year

...down the drain. Also, other holidays are only 10(including national holidays) 4. They take a portion of our salary and give as Diwali bonus 5. Gender ratio is highly skewed. It's almost 80:1 6. There's no WFH available at all. Even during peak of Delta some people were forced to come at office 7. HR doesn't have too much power and authority to make changes at top 8. Lot of work is done manually 9. Food is not subsidized

Everything is good, except team manager.. Office sitting management only give instructions not hear our issure only want sale Without logic

Management want ground leval person do all, and we only received huge salary... And if you ask questions so they will say left the job.. .

Employee friendly and one can plan retirement from here. (Unless you have a dream or spark in you)

...the failure on Juniors. 8. Skill development programs are not job oriented. 9. Huge difference between CTC and Take Home salary. ( Diwali bonus is deducted from employees CTC and later given as bonus) 10. Illogical policies. (Incentive payout takes 2/3 month and if you resign in between you won't be getting your incentive for a closed period) 11. No corporate ethics. Managers consider management trainees as labour and often threaten them to throw them out of the company. 12. Too much manual working whereas all kind of automation available. managers are rigid with their thought process and they excel data exactly column-wise they want (which may change very next day) 13. Departments don't want to take ownership of the things they are designated. Most of the marketing team is hired by references only.
