First of all everything is codified and no one can encroach the rules and regulations. Second thing very good working environment. The responsibilities and duties of all the employees are codified. In nutshell there is law of rules. Policies of management are crystal clear.

Dislikes

Some times decisions are delayed due to procedures. Job security is low in some extent. Some times management is not addressing our issues quickly.

Likes

It's a rewarding experience as the students benefit matters the most. Parents trust you so when you teach beyond books so actually nurture young generation for future. I was given ample of opportunities to grow and learn. I started as teacher in primary classes and reached to Vice Principal. The journey was of course not cake walk. Yet, the Chairperson and Trustee helped me to navigate through the difficult times. Encouragement and support brought about my leadership skills.

Dislikes

Timings are too long. The resource management needs to be taken care.

Likes

Nothing is there to like, no job security, work culture is full of biasness. Few senior and old teachers are exploiting whole staff with the support of Principal.

Dislikes

It is being noticed that after the inception of new Principal around 2 yrs 90% of Academic staff was forcefully asked to resign. Rest you yourself are intelligent

Likes

It works for a social cause. Management is magnanimous and Students centric. No education business is seen. The school has been accredited by NABET under Quality Council of India. Had been awarded by brand academy and Assocham recently.

Dislikes

Need to add day care facilities for the staff children as most of the staff is female.
