Dislikes

Admin manager and their team is horrible. I was working from the side of Sodexo. Managers from adani AMDC (admin team and facility manager) they always treat the Sodexo staff as their slave. They use slangs to Sodexo staff. I just want to tell them that we are also a humen being so please treat us the same way like you treat to your friends or relatives. And i just want to remind them that we are not getting our salaries for free. You are also an employee of adani and we are also employee. Last thing we are not your slave. You people are educated then please act like an educated person.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
