People are only interested in politics. No proper work procedure. HOD are only interested to keep their side safe. No guidance. Zero learning and enhance your skill. Only one thing can be learned is political and buttering.

Bekar company , policy not good, culture like not technical, work satisfaction zero, nothing about skills development .all superior technical knowledge like supervisor, nothing quality work.

Likes and dislikes of any kind of job completely depends upon each individual. I enjoy my job keeping in mind that my first priority is to satisfy my members and her/his guests of the Club. Rest will obviously follow.

There is nothing as of now which I dislike. But yes if I start disliking something then firstly I need to check whether I have enough justification to proof my dislikes.
