Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

One of the best company in the sector. There is a great learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in the core sector. Learning comes with the time you spend on the field with workers and field engineers. I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

...azardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.

Worked here for 12 years. As a GET got good technical exposure.

... needs to work on job life balance and should have transparent appraisal system. Also the salary revision and promotion need to be unbiased through some good transparent system.

Specific Solar sector is facing issue because of some internal management., So called selfishness, egotism, deprived from opportunity due to being insecure.

Only that ut paid on time and gave some facilities for free like room, bus facility

Work culture and treatseveryone as a worker if you are in production. Load is totally on production and other department are enjoying.
