...f Rajasthan. I love to work at Adani vidyalaya. It has various yearly workshops. Yearly increment in salary. I have learnt and trained myself in teaching here. It has a good teaching faculty of Kota. It is located outside the city and have good environment to stay.

It is too far from my home town. It has no job security.

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

One of the best company in the sector. There is a great learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in the core sector. Learning comes with the time you spend on the field with workers and field engineers. I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

...azardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.

Specific Solar sector is facing issue because of some internal management., So called selfishness, egotism, deprived from opportunity due to being insecure.
