Only work , no week off, no compensation on Week off duty, No respect, Poor Quality, Safety show-off. No control on Local Manpower, Local drivers and Villegers violating plant inside traffic rule.

Good Work Environment, In this Covid pandamic situation provided leaves by company, alternet duty, advance salary and several facilities provided by Company.

HR, Administration not Cooperatives (in APJL,Godda Only) & Managers working plan should be more professional way.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In any situation for Adani, giving salary to the employee on the last day of month is first priority. Job security is the best thing I like about. They have less office politics. When I come to teammates, i am so lucky to start my career with them. Exposure provied by them has developed me to another level.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very less. However they are trying to improve that. For big opportunities and exposure, you have to wait and spend many years in the company.

This company had good training sessions which always makes Adani to stood 1st in the country, HR department was not good enough to understand problem of technical department

... to work 12-15 hours it's not big problem but lack of trust by higher authority.bonus is provided by the worker salary
